BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 3215 and 3219 Old Harrison Pike, being on the northwest line of Old Harrison Pike northeast of Haven Acres Lane. Two unplatted tracts, being the properties described as Tract 1 and Tract 3 in deed book 4673, page 722, ROHC. Tax Map No. 128A-F-2 and 3. from R-1 Residential Zone to R-4 Special Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Site-obscuring landscaped screen along south property line. 2. All existing easements are retained.
